Rooster Maple Sausage Meatballs

 1 pound (455 g) hormone-free floor 


1 egg

2 tablespoons (12 g) almond meal

1 tablespoon (20 g) maple syrup

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon garlic powder

1 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

½ teaspoon dried rosemary

½ teaspoon dried thyme


1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C, or fuel mark 6). Line a baking sheet with

parchment paper. 

2. In a medium bowl, mix the hen, egg, almond meal, maple syrup,

salt, garlic powder, paprika, mustard, rosemary, and thyme. Along with your palms,

make golf ball–dimension balls out of the combination and lay on the ready baking

sheet. Bake for 18 to twenty minutes, till cooked via.
