Coconut Vanilla Espresso

 1 cup (235 ml) scorching brewed espresso

¼ cup (60 ml) unsweetened coconut milk

1 tablespoon (15 ml) MCT oil

18 drops liquid stevia (French vanilla taste)

½ teaspoon vanilla extract


That is easy: Simply mix the whole lot in a blender and run till the coconut milk has

melted and it’s frothy.
